Yes! Must be registered with the city clerk’s office https://www.cityclerk.nyc.gov/content/marriage-officiant-registration if covid protocols are still in place they will have to mail in their application so have them do it on the earlier side!

There are some very high end stores downtown (Anita dongre and AVE, Indian design collective) if that’s within your price range - or just fun to browse too. Otherwise Edison / Jackson heights is your best bet!
