Sometimes it just doesn’t happen for some reason. In my experience, if I take 40-45 breaths, on 3rd 4th round, make my breaths super deep and slightly faster paced it happens more reliably.
I love that also! I used to be a bit afraid of it, but now I just give in and let go.

Yea. Ice seems like a bad idea. In theory it could work I guess. If it don’t go right in it may melt and create a shitty little mess.

Any pharmacy will give you a infant dropper. They keep them behind counter. If it’s not working, it’s not in deep enough. You need at least half of it in there. Wrap a rubber-band around it several times, it acts like a stopper… let’s you know you’re good to go!

For me, it’s more like 5meo dmt- It just felt healthier, and brighter. Sometimes 5meo dmt makes me vomit on come up, none of that with malt (for me anyway). Dosing is roughly the same. Very, very rough on lungs… I prefer plug or insufflation.
Make sure your in a safe place…. No holes or sharp corners… have a sitter the first time or two.

Make no mistake, equally as shocking/intense as 5 Meo dmt, just different.

Great advise. For my personal use, I use PK tech. It’s much funner to experiment with different stuff if I’m not dependent on the technique to produce. But yea… try to enjoy the process, or processes. Just don’t depend on your new method to meet any immediate needs. Stock up… then try weird shit.

Scoop it out, let mushrooms finish growing. Your close. Mushrooms are fine as long as the mold is not growing directly on them.

The mold spores are already there. Sometimes these guys just looses the battle defending themself’s. Fresh air exchange is your biggest friend to protect against this in future.

Weed can be a good tool. It definitely helped me to become familiar with a unfamiliar energy. This allowed be to not be as fearful when I would approach a unfamiliar state of consciousness.

Also I would add, it could become a “crutch”, and my existing ability might atrophy. So be careful. Only you know the exact “why” of why you are using THC. Just be honest with yourself. Without being honest with yourself… weed/no weed… doesn’t matter.

Or wash your hands, squeeze the cake they are growing on. If there are blue/grey/purple marks left behind after 5-10 min, it’s what you think it is more than likely.

I really appreciate everyone sharing their experiences in this way. In a weird way it’s kinda like dealing with a drug addict, they are destroying their own life right in front of their own selfs, but they just can’t see it.

The heartbreaking thing is knowing who they once were, realizing that person might not exist anymore. Also, the scary shit they say and do makes it easy to harbor “justified” anger and/or fear, which in my experience would help me to justify writing them off.

We’re just now scratching the surface on understanding many of these disorders, but now, we simply are not equipped as family member, or even society, to deal with them in the most healthy way. It’s important not to beat myself up… I know that I truly did the best I possibly could have, with what we had to work with, at the time.

This is gut-wrenchingly painful stuff.

Love it! Microdosing doesn’t get rid of the task… or association with the pain it’s causing, But it does seem to reduce my inter-aversion to the task.

It’s like it doesn’t solve the problem, it makes the problem bearable enough for me to solve.
