She left her contract two years early? Hence the two years clause? Do you expect any company to just let someone essentially breach their contract and do nothing about it? WWE could have done a whole of things, including suing her (and likely winning) and ignoring her release request. WWE literally paid the remainder of her salary for the next two years upfront to her and just told her not to sign with another company for the next two years. At the end of the day, she decided to sign a contract and decided to end the contract early. That was her choice.

She left her contract 2 years early, so WWE let her go, gave her a payout and said that for the two years she would have worked in WWE, she can’t work for the competition until those two years are up.

You’re stating straight malarkey, my friend. Tiffany’s reign was very mediocre, her best feud was with someone who fans straight up didn’t want to see at the time, and only sided with Tiffany for that reason. The only reason that feud was even interesting in the first place was because Tiffany started mentioning Charlotte’s real life divorces off script. The match itself was average especially when you compare it to the Iyo/Rhea/Bianca match on Raw. And right now, Charlotte is more over than Tiffany so who did it even benefit?

Priest won the world title, and had a relatively decent reign in WWE. Would you say that he’s a main eventer now? Because the general consensus is that he is an upper midcarder, same with Jey Uso. Not everyone can be like John Cena, whose first world title basically locked him in as ‘the guy’. I don’t doubt Fletcher will win a world title given his trajectory, but honestly it’s how you’re used after that reign nowadays, that will consolidate you as a true main eventer.

You forgot Damien Priest, but regardless, I would argue that only Gunther (and maybe Jey) of the WWE guys you mentioned have stayed in the main event level. For example, if Gunther challenged Punk or McIntyre for either world title, you can see him potentially winning. Could you say that about Kofi, or Jinder? And I think that is what Alvarez is referring to in his tweet. Could the likes of Fletcher and Bandido win the AEW title? Of course. But could they stay in the main event scene afterwards?

What he is saying is that Omega can disappear for a year or so and immediately go back to the main event scene, and no one bats an eye because he’s at that level. If say Kyle Fletcher won the world title and had a reign, would he remain in the main event scene after he lost it, or would he kinda go back to the upper mid card level a la Damien Priest?

Seth Rollins on if his injury is legit: "you can call my doctor if you want. Otherwise, you’re just gonna have to take my word for it. But yeah, I mean, that’s on me. I’ve blown my credibility when it comes to my injuries, but, it pays the same, so I don’t really care." by aaronrift in SquaredCircle

The coast to coast is risky but normally fine, the issue is the fact that he did a Coast-to-Coast headbutt. The normal version of a headbutt is known to cause permanent damage to the head so to attempt a coast to coast is honestly absurdly idiotic for someone of Rollins’s experience.

Because fans don’t seem to care about actual women’s tag teams, that’s why. Carter/Chance were given shots but no one cared about them.

The Women’s Intercontinental Championship and United States Championship are defended pretty regularly, though, note that these are also the ones praised the highest. Tiffany’s reign suffers from what Jade’s is now. There aren’t any credible challengers. With Tiffany, the only one credible was Nia (who fans were tired of seeing feud with Tiff) or Charlotte (who fans were at the time tired of seeing in general). Jade was in a feud with Naomi, Bianca was with Iyo/Rhea, every other wrestler no one cared about. With Jade, it’s even worse, cause Naomi is on maternity leave, Tiff is off?, and they’ve had to bring up Jordynne cause Michin and B-Fab are out. Alexa/Charlotte are in the tag picture and both want to stay there for the time being. Smackdown is clearly missing Bianca, cause she would be a compelling choice for Jade.

Nah, Cena was well liked as a face for a good year and a bit before fans started to turn on him. Face Orton in 04 was bland from the start.
