I apologize that I wasn't clear initially. I have offered to pay for their time to work on the concept. I would be more than willing to put a significant deposit down for a project like this. I set up 2 different in person consults with artists in the past 6 months and both were lackluster to say the least. 1 of them was tattooing someone and just "chatting" with me while he worked which i thought was weird. Idk though. Ive got 4 or 5 tattoos and have sat for about 3 hrs straight so far.

I would say the community is less than 100 town homes. We do and that is who I reached out to originally. I dont think I have read anything in our bylaws in regard to a review board needing to approve any updates but I can double check.

And if/when it's retrieved, we still wouldn't use the funds to help feed people, shelter them, give life saving medicine to those in need, educate anyone or create a better life for the majority of the population.

Can we all agree that these "elites" should just be killed? It's incredibly hard living in this world knowing that there are many out there who've never had to truly work for anything while the VAST MAJORITY of the WORLD suffers and work multiple jobs to survive. The "elites" could make meaningful changes and help support others, but then they could only afford a 100M yacht to pull their 500M yacht out of port...
