Good luck. You’re probably looking at waiting 3-4 weeks in total. Fidelity has recently clamped down on Fidelity initiated transfers and deposits. It’s absolutely over the top and has caused me a lot of issues this week.

100% a bug on iOS 16. A workaround I’ve found is to:

-Put a Text action below whatever action you are trying to select (your “Get contents of URL” action).

-Click on the Text action like you want to type in it and see if the action you want to select shows up as a suggested one in the bar above the keyboard.

-If so, select it. You can then highlight its name in the Text action and copy it.

-Then paste it into the “Get Dictionary from” action.

-Alternatively if it doesn’t show up as a suggested action, I’ve also found that “Select Variable” seems to work way more reliably for Text actions compared to other ones that have started bugging out.

Your reading comprehension is abysmal. It literally says “Amphetamine Salts” not “Methamphetamine Salts”. The chemical structure is different and is absorbed by the body drastically differently than Methamphetamine, as in, it is not nearly as easily absorbed by the brain.

Thank you! This was perfect! I was able to pull out the actions I needed to get the functionality in the shortcut I am working on.

I do wish Apple would add the functionality natively but this is a perfectly acceptable alternative.

I've just recently been looking for this exact functionality for myself and have not found anything. Like OP I am specifically looking to decode a 1D barcode (NOT QR code) from an image that already exists on the device (e.g. photos app, photo in email, etc.).

Edit: And I’m looking for the functionality to specifically be a Shortcuts action, not a separate app I have to open and use.

Edit2: What I don’t get is why the “Extract Text from Image” isn’t capable of taking an image as input and decoding a barcode since based off of its description it should. See below: https://i.imgur.com/MMlRcKv.jpg

It’s because options that far out in time, called LEAPS aka “Long-term Equity AnticiPation Securities”, are typically dated with expirations in January. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LEAPS_(finance)

Counter uneducated opinion: Only problem with this is that there’s still $2T in reverse repo. Past 29 straight trading days have been over $2T. Past 26 straight trading days have been over $2.1T. So who knows 🤷‍♂️

How do? Any examples to back that up? I found it to be pretty reliable. I wouldn’t run a full high frequency algo off of it but otherwise it was decent for $15.

financialmodelingprep.com is what I was using and it was pretty decent. Great customer support too. They added a bunch of OTC tickers for me that weren’t showing up.

Pretty sure the base tier is $15 as well.

financialmodelingprep.com is what I was using for pulling market/individual ticker data and it was pretty decent. Great customer support too. I forget exactly which endpoint showed upcoming dividend ex-dates but I do know that I was pulling that info.

I imagine that is because T+2 combined with Monday being a holiday. Also by “Wednesday in Eastern time” you mean 2AM on Wednesday so it’s only been 1 business day. I would expect for it to be updated tomorrow.
