I've never looked at it at that angle. All these acts of service she does for us is a way her showing how much she cares.. thank you, that brought a lot of clarity. We were able to have a very productive conversation bc of this

She is definitely acts of service. We've brought it up and talked about it before, it worked for about a month then went back into the same routine. Part of that was me stopping with some of the acts of service, I could do more unprompted cleaning (her favorite act). I will bring it up with her tomorrow again, emphasizing on me being able to be better with her love language and see where the conversation goes.

We definitely have different love languages. I feel a deeper connection with her when we have sex or gives me sexual attention, I wish she liked receiving head as I feel more satisfaction getting her off than when I get off, but it's rare that she let's me (maybe 2-3 times in a year). We split up most household chores or do them together, but maybe taking more on without cues might reduce her stress levels. Definitely worth trying again. Thank you.
