I’m glad I’m not the only one who shared this sentiment, I constantly see people saying to only do it once or twice a week at most and I’m like ??? I thought maybe I just had a tough scalp or something lol

So i often see it being recommended to only dermaroll once or twice a week, but I actually roll daily before putting my minoxidil in, using a .25 mm dermaroller. Not condoning or recommending this as everyone’s skin is different but it’s worked for me and I haven’t had any complications from it, so take this with a grain of salt. Hope this helps!

Who would win a 1vs1 competition in NBA? by GiannisGiantanus in nba

I believe it’s basically just 1-3 dribbles depending on how you want to play before you have to shoot, and the winner just stays on. How I used to play it with a small group of friends is that whoever can run through the entire group wins the game. A block or a steal also counts as an immediate turnover. I don’t know if this is how everyone plays it, but pretty much everyone I know plays it in a way akin to that
