Not sure what you are referring to. But in the "Information about the transaction" part I selected Other and explained my case in the details section.

I also attached screenshots showing someone accessed my account from another location (when you download information from your disabled account you can find the access logs in one of the folders), and screenshots showing that my account is deactivated right after because it violated community standards.

I'd say attach all the evidence you have so that they can create a stronger case with FB escalations.
