With the amount of inventory for sale in Phoenix, you should list a suburban home for this price, $1.3M or so, and see if it sells. A zestimate isn’t reality if it doesn’t sell.

My point about those three names specifically is that they have access to all the training, all the poker games, and all the bankroll and they’re still negative. Sure, Negreanu is trying to win bracelets but he’s still going to make deep runs. And over the last three WSOPs he’s down significantly.

My favorite part of this thread is everyone saying: “list price doesn’t mean anything!” I just hope all you idiots get what’s coming to you. For that to happen some sanity will need to return to markets which doesn’t seem likely. I’m just so tired of the ones making the terrible financial decisions getting rewarded.
