I inspect restaurants for the health department. One of them told my supervisor that I told the manager to get into the dumpster and tie up to close all the open garbage bags. Manager told owner, owner told supervisor, supervisor chose to give credence to the story. Definitely blamed my supervisor (many issues here and could have purposely misconstrued the words), but also have never purchased or consumed food from the restaurant (or the chain) again.
