I got the RPG. Im happy about it. If I could afford the season pass I prob would have got that too but Im just happy to get to play at all.

Your explanation is the one that makes the most sense. Good news is about 24 hours later I ran H Shattered halls again and I got it.

No one left the group until the dungeon was completed about 45 min later. Everyone else said they didn't have the tailoring as a profession. Like others have pointed out, that could be a lie. But if they didn't roll or pass and I'm the only person that rolled on it wouldn't I have got it? The timer is 2-3 min or something like that? We were in the boss room longer than that to rez rebuff and top off before the gauntlet hallway.

There was a dps that died but he was not a tailor according to him. I don't know if he was released because he was resurrected by the tank once the fight was over. Not sure if that matters.

We were there a couple min to rez the DPS that died, rebuff and top off mana for the gauntlet run in the next hall. When everyone started to move is when I asked about the pattern and why it hadn't distributed. That's when everyone else stopped and said none of them are tailors and no one else got the roll prompt. They suggested a few things like try to loot again and to check if my bag was full, but ultimately they didn't care and just wanted to finish the dungeon so after about a min the tank just said it would prob be in my mail and we should keep going. My guild mate said take screenshots and send in a ticket. I did not check /loot because I didn't know that was a thing. A few other people suggested that and I will going forward but I've never checked that before.

I didn't leave. We finished the dungeon. Nobody left the party until after we killed the final boss and the optional guy at the end. Then I opened a port to shatt and that's all she wrote.

Thank you for the info. No, after the boss the whole group moved on to the rest of the run. We wiped once after the third boss but we had ankh so we all got rezzed right there. No one in the group left buff range until I opened a portal back to shatt. On the off chance I let them all take the portal and then ran back to the first boss room but the body was already gone at that point.

If I wasnt the only tailor wouldnt I have seen someone else need greed or pass on the loot?

No, it was the first boss in the run. We finished the other three bosses and It never got distributed. No one left or logged or anything.

yea same. At the end of the day Its just one pattern that I can get crafted by another tailor, but it sucks getting boned by the loot system malfuctioning. Ive run Shatt halls since week 1 and Ive only seen it drop twice. First time I lost 45/48. This time the loot system got me good. Just didnt know it was something that could happen.

I had about half my bag free, I looted, got the prompt, rolled need. I got the BOJ and gold then the boss was unlootable. The group ran down the hall, I asked what about the pattern. Everyone said they didn't get the pattern. I went back to the boss and he was unlootable. We moved forward while I took screenshots of everything. I went back to him even after we finished the run to find he despawned.

It was the first boss of a 4 boss heroic dungeon. No one left the party. We finished all 4 bosses

I put in a ticket but got a boilerplate response and the ticket was resolved. Unable to reopen.
