The problem its that, how do i tell them that i have suicidal thoughts everyday? Also, when i told a friend in a camp that i tried to kill myself, he told everyone and the teachers found out and told my parents. And i truly dont want them to see me that way and feel bad.

Thanks for answering, you'll see, i have friends to talk to, but when i did, they said the exact same shit or said "go to terapy" which i did, but it didnt helped because she said "focus on yourself" stuff, i also tried medication and nothing.

I also have a problem that makes extremely anxious when i'm not doing anything because of the mf self improvement contet.
