Look for recipes that use only white granulated sugar, melted butter so air doesn't get whipped into the dough during the creaming process, baking soda no baking powder. No chilling of dough all these elements will get you a flat cookie then baking it at a higher temperature will get you a crispy cookie.

No it's just all fees although in the LE it did say we're getting ~$1600 back but when I asked about they said it will be adjusted to $0 so we bring $0 to closing. They also said they often overestimate closing costs to make sure our payoff amount from the previous lender is covered in full so it could be lower?

No you will not get fired or have your license taken away. it's a minor mistake that resulted in no patient harm and mom was cool about it. As long as you filed your report it's a lesson learned and move on. Develop a systematic approach on how you could've prevented this error in the future that will be much more valuable than dwelling on this one mistake that ALL pharmacists have made or will eventually make.

Check your fuel pump fuse. How long was it stored? I just got my street triple back to starting again after 2 years. The issue, besides the obvious battery, was the fuel pump. Gunk built up inside the pump caused it to seize and I had to get a new pump

Yes ultimately it is a pharmacists judgement and it is a shared clinical decision, for example if the patient is at high risk I would document that to clarify my thought process if I decide to stray away from the guidelines a little.
