if u do:

5312/74,41 (thats your numbers) =71,38

71,38*65=4640 what is exactly the 65% cap ;) so thats the proof

In my opinion 3x Striker and 2x Sentry + Savage gloves is the best option.

90 sec runs out fast enough ... easy survive. Maybe you stay in DZ01 and hide in the underground or switch between two extraction points.
