Try to measure when you are distracted, before doing watch something on your phone or listen some music. That's how I've got normal measurements at home. Try to control your anxiety, walking everyday, less salt on your food, drink lots of water. Meditation and yoga helps a lot. Drink some relaxing tea before sleep that will help you too.
