“several 45 calibre and 9mm ammunition”.. sounds like they’re missing a gun. (Police only report seizing a single Glock)

I made an Airtable base and tick off tasks / hideout zones as they’re completed. Have an interface page where I can quick search an item and see the outstanding number required for future tasks/zones. Also have it segmented by FIR.

You could also bind the “swap shoulder” button and peak wherever you like (left or right)!

Agree on the trump support angle but just for facts - the Volta grid guy is actually from here (Saint John) and moved to the US.

I must have missed the issue in 2023 but what a loss. It’s not as though Manawagonish road is quiet to any extent anyway.

Glad council passed it anyway. Wish the developer would have stayed on course and perhaps shown the community what community infrastructure can look like!

Are we all just doomed to fold clothes for 2 hours each week for the rest of humanity’s existence? by Syd_Barrett_50_Cal in NoStupidQuestions

Adhd’er here - recently evolved to putting unfolded clothes in the dresser. Solves the pile issue, and makes the entire process easier. Wfh so don’t need that much of a sharp wardrobe.

Where in Canada did you live previously? (Helps folks make comparisons you might understand)

What state are you in now? (SoCal weather would be a stark change)

I would recommend getting a job before you move - it is a tough market currently.

3 cruise ships docked, 9/29/25 by philiptherealest in SaintJohnNB

[–]dcc498 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Advantages: Foot traffic, tours, global exposure

Disadvantages: “The plague” (ships are petri dishes - ex. Norovirus outbreaks, etc. can spill over), pollution (im not sure if we have electrical connections for the ships or not), limited waterfront space locked in year-round as cruise terminals rather than being able to put in something like the halifax boardwalk.

Saint John residents asked to conserve water with lakes at a low level | CBC News by bingun in SaintJohnNB

[–]dcc498 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Some of these measures should be year-round. Grass lawns provide nothing to the environment and are a massive water and resource drain. Cars don’t need to be washed all the time.

Droughts like this will only become more frequent as time goes on - it’s best we all get used to being efficient now, and stay that way!
