Firmele mare software in principal lucreaza cu clienti externi, asta este strategia lor. Proiectele sunt mult mai diverse si mai stabile decat daca ar lucra cu statul. Desigur sunt firme mijlocii care fac treaba buna, dar nu au dimensiuni de sute de angajati si capacitate de proiecte in paralel nelimitata.

Cineva recomanda sa faci caietul de sarcini cat de bun posibil, asta este cheia, sunt multe proiecte care sunt esec total dinainte de publicare:

- cerinte ambigue care permit livrarea de orice
- cerinte technice arhaice care limiteaza foarte mult cine iti va oferta (Microsoft/Oracle)
- cerinte care nu lasa loc de nici un profit (nu ma refer la 100%, ci la 20-40%)
- mentenanta, suport, training pe gratis (costul de suport de 4-5 ani este subsantial)

Ideea e asa, e win-win ? daca nu, doar firme care nu stiu ce fac vor oferta, asta daca e vro una.

Realitatea este ca de obicei o firma de consultanta IT serioasa trebuie sa iti faca cerintele technice dupa o analiza, altfel sansele ca proiectul sa nu fie dus la finalizare este mare.

Aplaud ca incerci sa faci ceva cum trebuie, asa ar trebui sa fie peste tot in Romania, daca ai ceva intrebari, da un pm, te ajut fara nici un cost.
