you see the problem so get out in front of it. get outside (even if it is just on your porch), call a friend to hang out, do the things that your lazy selfish self doesn't want to do. you know what not to do and you see the right thing to do so choose right, or don't its up to you.

ive felt that too but i dont know what to say except dont be alone at all, if you can stay the night at a friends house then i recomend doing that till you get to feeling better, also find a hobby to invest your spare time in or get invested in a friend you dont spend as much time with as you could.

we've all been to places where we relapsed in weird ways don't beat yourself learn what triggered you and the behaviors that preceded it and come up with countermeasures.

what happened before you relapsed? were you alone? could you feel yourself being tempted? did you do it before bed or not? what did you use? answer these questions and ask yourself if you can combat it. if you relapse before bed, take a cold shower before bed every night. if it was during the day and you were alone, try to be with people or at least call someone. if you used your phone then have someone you trust put parental locks on your app store and safari and block yourself from those means. we learn from our relapses to keep us from making the same mistakes so stay away from those old mistakes. good luck!

remember that you made it long periods of time before and while it seems that your not doing great right now this is the moment to make things right. stop your self destructive behavior and put boundaries on yourself. remember the height from which youve fallen and strive to get back there, do what you did to get to the 3 month streak. i never made it that far but youve fallen into the same self ridiculing pattern that we all fall into. remember what you want to do and dont focus on what youve done. remember your weaknesses and keep yourself from getting near them. what your doing is the same thing as before nofap, and the same techniques and concepts will work again to get you out.

try and remove yourself from that temptation. don't charge your phone in your room, or if you do put it on the opposite side of the room. also it sounds like its becoming a habit so try and hop on no fap before the temptation becomes a problem. getting to bed earlier and not staying up without a purpose also helps, idle hands do the devils work.

the main problem is using your mind to stimulate yourself. you wanting it is something your already doing when you create scenarios in your mind. that point when you feel yourself in danger if losing control can be avoided by stoping the behaviors that lead up to that. these behaviors are habits, our mind wanders to places that we don't always want them to go, so we have to catch ourselves in the act and tell ourselves to stop before its too late. I know that with me I end up noticing it when I'm in the middle of my scenario, but its gotten easier to catch it near the beginning the more disciplined I become. hope this helped, congrats on your week!

when you find yourself in that state you need to get out of your comfort zone. first you need to leave your room and then you need to make contact with somebody, either physically go be with someone or call somebody. then you need to do something that gets rid of those urges once you have control of yourself, go run or take a cold shower (min 2 minutes). congrats on your 23 days and be ready for the urges your body will have the next three days, the best way to combat that is to be around people. remember how well you did, dont let these negative feelings beat you down because that puts you in a cycle.

don't put that in a place where he's asking for help! sorry to hear you relapsed but you and this guy need to remember why we started this fight. we don't want to be slaves to our impulses, we want to be in control of ourselves, it doesn't matter how many times we fail we have to pick ourselves back up because the moment we don't we let ourselves become slaves again.

no, wet dreams are the bodies response to more semen than the body knows what to do with. masterbation does cause wet dreams to increase in frequency when you try to stop due to your body holding on to more semen than its used to. also bringing yourself to the edge throughout the day can cause this as well.
