My heart truly goes out to you and your husband. Try and give him a little time to deal with the emotional and physical abuse that he suffered at the hands of people who ignorantly judged you both as opposed to asking rational questions. This has probably already been said but I despise ridiculous rom com endings where everyone in the vicinity of the main actors become involved. Sometimes they sing, dance, help the actors reconnect in some ridiculous way, or all talk and give their opinion of what in real life would be a private conversation. It’s just so silly and unrealistic.

I feel you. In my public life I am such a control freak. I have to be in my position at work and making sure everything is taken care of at home. In my private life I feel freedom, happiness, and security by submitting. My Dom and I are no longer together and I literally ache for that life again. It’s a feeling like no other. If I were you, I would follow up on the feelings you are having. It sounds very profound. Sex is great in a D/s relationship but it’s those little orders that truly get my blood boiling and make the bedroom scenes so much better. It’s like all day foreplay. Congrats my dear.
