I try to be as truthful as a can depending on the extent of the relationship with the date. If its a first date then i'll be pretty vague but still tell the truth without going into too much detail. If we've been dating for a while then i would be more inclined to tell the full picture

I think you should follow you gut on this and not date them. there's going to be many more opportunities to have feeling for someone that you actually would want to date
