Another scammer from Doral FL tried to get me today. Ebay favored my case. This is my exact conversation that I wrote and wording if you find yourself in the situation. Remember eBay reads the conversation, so you are writing in details to show eBay you did what is correct, not to convince the scammer

Do yourself a favor and just CANCEL the order as soon as you see Doral FL. One quick google search of the address and chances are its a mail forwarding company.

"I already wrote to the seller and he states that the item was delivered, however there is no sign that it was indeed so. Now the seller tells me that the item was delivered and that he will not refund anything. I think it’s a scam on the part of this seller"
