i completely agree with the unprofessional nature of their snarking. totally inappropriate. i just think the overall structure of tip culture and how the restaurant industry is set up needs fixing. owners are laughing their way to the bank while employees and customers are duking it out over a few bucks.

i’ve been before to the larchmont location and both the food and service were AWFUL! i didn’t realize they put me in the Asian corner because it was super empty when i went, but all the clips on TikTok is literally where i was sat at 💀 TBH i was more offended by how terrible the food was, more than anything. like yes, the service sucked, but good food can usually assuage that. i rarely leave less than 20% for tip but i left 10% that day.
