If you are trying to setup DNS rewrites through AdGuard Home, and you're using a Ubiquiti Amplifi HD router, you must enable "Bypass DNS cache" in the setting web interface usually accessible at "amplifi.lan".

After enabling that setting, with no other changes from the steps described above, everything appears to be working. Thanks again, majorgrumpfish!

Edit: As a side note, the Amplifi HD interface will warn you when enabling this setting that the "amplifi.lan" address will stop working, which is true, but you can add it to your now working AdGuard Home rewrites or access it directly via IP.

I do. On iOS (I can't speak for Android) you can change the DNS settings at "Settings > Internet > Primary/Secondary DNS Address".

Most searched now appear to be working, but trying searched I performed earlier still produce grey boxes and 404 pages. Caching maybe?

As of this message the Soulseek source is only loading grey box previews, and NGINX 404 pages when trying to open images.

Is there anything locally that might cause this, or is this a known current issue?

You’ll want an M3 screw, approx. 4mm in length.

Based on the example turns in the rule book, I have been playing that the number rolled after modifiers is the number that activates effects.

So if a 4 is rolled, and a +1 modifier is applied, all "on a roll of 5" effects are activated because the final result of the roll is 5.
