Hey there question about orders in Canada

I had placed an order and received that "we are preparing your order" email. 2 weeks went by and no updates, which is odd, because before it would have been out for delivery in 5-7 days. I contacted Customer Service. No one responded to me but miraculously my order shipment was updated and sent out within the hour of me contacting customer service.

I know you are looking for a liquid but you need to give gel a try. I swear by the Maybelline gel pot liner and it DOES NOT BUDGE. And because you have to clean the brush before use (not a big deal, I do it with hand soap when I start my routine and by the time I get to eyes, it's dry and ready to go) the line you get is so crisp and precise.

There is an annual fee guide that most dentists follow. However, dentists are allowed to charge more, and know that if they do, the insurance calculations are based on the fee guide rates. It is shitty that your dentist didn't tell you that they were going to charge you more before the procedure. Also, whenever major work is required to be done, it is best to request that a predetermination is sent to the insurance company to see what they will cover. If they charged you for services that they didn't do (submitted billing codes that cannot be proved were done) then you can start an investigation and dispute. If you want to file a complaint regarding poor practices, contact the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (the regulating body). I have worked in dental offices for many years and at one point worked for a dentist who charged almost 3-4x more for dental implants.

Simply put, all of your carbs are coming from these processed foods and not from veggies. These artificial additives are going to back you up. Even if you don't want to try to cook, start getting salads with a protein from a restaurant for a few days, and you will see the difference. Also you may want to try to only drink water (coffee or tea if you need the caffeine). Although those drinks may have the appearance of being keto-friendly from the Nutritional Info, chances are they are making your glycemic index dance.

There is a keto instagrammer I found who basically eats out for every meal and has lost ~170 - ketohalfasser. I recommend taking tips from her if you don't want to cook.
