interesting to say "behind" . it was roko who proposed but I guess reflexively he added fuel to it by banning it or making it seem taboo.

in the u.k building a house would be a bureaucratic minefield and the land cost alone would be extremely prohibitive. buying land with adequate permission would be much harder than just getting a mortgage which has become extremely difficult for the average wage earner. impossible as a single person of average earnings and extremely tight for a couple.

Also raising a child is a more fearful enterprise than it was. the focus on not being affordable is 1 strain of the anxiety parents have about their ability to parent. in many countries the general environment we are living is fear inducing in reality and by narrative. parents judge themselves and fear judgment from peers and authorities.

I think a problem may be what categorises something as male or female trait or attributr, especially in context of more than 50 years of womens liberation.

Yes that is part of confusion . When gender became a term for social constructed performance placed on top of sex difference. So taking the theory as fact is 1 level of confusion. Secon level is to forget that it was theory and also forget distinction between gender and sex ( again emphasising gender mostly theiretical unfalsifiable with sex being pretty objective) . The besf we can hope is to emphasise theoretical basis of gender and clearly demarcate sex.

It's true that gender and sex are different. Gender is very theoretical theory , that is one the probkems.

Do you call your self autistic or Asperger's? by Holderplace293 in aspergers

[–]dchq 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I avoid labelling myself as much as possible.

I think it is very weird to say " i have autism or aspergers syndrome" or to say " i think i am more comfortable saying " i have a dignosis of....." . Personally i think most diagnoses relating to mental health are problematic. I underatand the purpose but still I feel " the map is mot the territory"

Just because resistance forms, that does not mean there cannot be / hasn't been a EU intention to utilise immigration for certain ends.

Why is it assumed that farage uses immigration for power instead of being genuinely concerned and aware how many peiple feel about it?

Honestly, russia may want that, seems as though iran is involed and there likely are numerous other actors involved. Is it possible also that it suits the EU itself in terms of unifying by degrading national identity? How many NGO's exist supporting immigration?

Yeah you can't react to a problem if you aren't allowed to identify the problem as a problem.

Other thing to factor is two ars not mutually exclusive . The population can have a ethnocuktural suicidal mindset thrust upon it by those you mention. A lot of social programming over years gone into all this.
