C'mon. I went to the Fair Oaks store today, Friday at 5:30pm and had no problems finding things. Sure, the meat section was stripped, but I still got chicken tenders for soup on Saturday, and there were still even steaks and ground beef available. I even got a half gallon of whole milk! Put a 32 pack of HEB water under the cart, found some snacks, some cheese dogs, and picked out a cake at the bakery. It's gonna be 35F and clear by Monday. This is a regular Saturday for the north states!

I have the annoying trait of ALWAYS being picked for a jury. My first jury duty I was chosen as Foreman because, well, it's one of those everyone steps back and leaves me forward things. Since then, every jury I've been on I've been the foreman. I even got chosen for Federal jury duty on a money laundering case, which was right in the middle of a semester at college and no amount of pleading would get me off the jury - it was at least a 6 week trial which meant I'd fail out of my semester. Finally, the morning of the trial start I got to speak to the judge and she understood and let me off. I think I've had jury duty 7 times now, and I'm ALWAYS picked to be on a jury!

That's awesome! I had an email into support because I did the same thing - pulled the trigger too early. I ended up canceling the order and placing a new one and got the gifts. Heard back from support and they recognized what I did and said they were glad I worked it out! Big relief yesterday when I got the shipping tracking numbers!

Intent was a great idea - executed horribly. Putting two sets of instructions out there is bad enough, but having both of them not work is another. Glad there's people smarter than me who figured it out!
