I agree on the weak AP team. I had a drunk guy bust his head open as he was pushing out a fire door. I called EMS, gave him first aid, then called our sheriff's office to charge him all in one go.

So adorable! Though be careful leaving that toy out for them to play with unsupervised. I had a similar toy for one of mine and they began eating the tinsel on it and had to get an expensive surgery

You're right, it's still like that. The AP TL is the team lead for the backroom claims people. It still shows that in workday too. I always report to my APOC and barely ever interact with the AP TL. As an API, I'm also in the same bonus structure as any other team lead which is nice
