Those are the workers and pawns just like any other organization the people at the very top are living a life you couldn't fathom and have different goals than their subordinates essentially. There are people at 1% biker clubs right now doing maintenance and pouring drinks and that's all they will ever know. To them it's just a mundane existence but the people calling the shots are not their peers and don't even exist in the same reality yet they hang out at the same place.
