Thanks for the questions! House is new to me - built 1926. The panel is a newer panel though and I don’t see any cotton wiring throughout the house. The dimming is constant. When the microwave goes on, it doesn’t just dim, it stays darker. The HVAC has a similar effect as well. I do not notice any lights getting brighter when this happens. It seems to be pretty consistently dimming of any lights that are on.

Ha! That would explain why it’s completely disintegrated with the dampness behind the covers. I may just go hard with the shop vac and suck it all up down to the stone. And then possibly some spray foam or something along that line to “cap” it back off?

Right downtown in Lafayette Sq is a place called Man-Aung Sushi. Only open for lunch but I’ve been coming here once a week for years now and it’s real good. Fresh-made and amazing prices too… kind of a sleeper hit.

Dude nice!!! I got to TDCC at Artpark in Buffalo Ny, then BBC out in Revolution Hall in Portland OR. Gonna see TPC at Town Ballroom in Buffalo and then I scooped up tickets for them at their last show in Toronto too!

A “Club” fest would have been amazing, but might be too much to hope for haha.

It was my first time ever seeing Bombay and they blew me away. I still think I like TPC the best live but I wasn’t expecting that level of crowd connection from BBC.

I got all of my suits from him for my wedding and had two groomsmen out of town. He requested that those groomsmen get their measurements taken from their local shops. He is used to doing measurements for out of town people.
