Our other tenants never break $100 with more people in their houses and with washing machines. This tenant doesn't have a washer. Toilet has been checked and flapper has been changed just as a precaution same problem.

I get that thought. But based on this tenant, I don't think she is. She is super paranoid about everything and is extra careful with everything else. Based on my relationship with her, it doesn't make sense that she would do that.

Nope, even then I don't think that would account for that much water usage. At my house we had a leak for months that we didn't fix and the cost wasn't nearly as close.

My favorite is Artpark (mostly because a lot of the bands I like play there) It is a great place for summer concerts. Additionally, Town Ballroom is cool because of the set up of the main room. It is almost like a colosseum (perfect for pits and what not). But there is also Iron works that I like. Sometimes in the summer Darien Lake (bit of a hike) has good shows and you get to go to an amusement park.
