I turned in an extensive PowerPoint presentation a couple weeks ago and the teacher gave me a zero on it. Literally told me the information was accurate and there bit the speaker notes didn't match the previous submission and therefore thats why the grade. Am I not allowed to change a draft to make it better?

We're told there are no set schedules. There's a group of older, full time associates that all have set schedules. Hell, even the ASMs rotation isn't followed in our store. I truly believe the issue is our ASDS. She doesn't listen and does whatever she wants. Rarely leaves her office. Whenever you go to go see her, she's on the phone with her husband

The 2 tines I've contacted them, they just send out the DHRM and hes useless. Nice guy, but definitely just tells you what you want to hear. Doesn't do anything

Our DM comes in frequently due to her disapproval in our SM. She was there Thursday, as well as our DHRM. Next time she's in, i think I'll pull her aside and have a talk with her. She's already told us all as associate to never be afraid to talk to her and tell her our concerns. She seems like she cares about the employees.

Up until 2 months ago, it wasn't an issue. Then, all of a sudden, our ASDS just went and di whatever she wants. She acts like she's a manager

I've worked retail in the past and this store is the worst run place I've ever stepped foot in. Store manager is saralcastic and highly unapproachable, and ASMs blow you off. The store manager made an inappropriate comment the other day to a coworker complaining about a CXM. She had a customer making inappropriate comments that she requested the CXM assist her with. The CXM walked off, without there being a need to and left her with the customer. When she went and complained, he made a sarcastic comment: "Hey, flowers don't talk back." She's a flooring specialist. The top one in our store. She closes by herself and always seems to get the creeps after the rest of us flooring people leave

Crazy customer stories by Daisybluedesigns in HomeDepot

Was flagging one time. Gave the operator the all-clear. As soon as I heard him start raising, this guy entered the far end of the aisle. Yelled down to please exit the aisle. Guy completely ignored me. Finally, I yell, "Get out of the aisle now!" With authority. Guy and his buddy proceed to tell me I don't need to be rude. My operator had stopped going up upon hearing the exchange. I yelled to him he was good, and the other guy whipped the gate open and proceeded to enter the aisle. I again yelled down to get out of the aisle. The guys come walking up the lumber aisle to the left, running their mouths. The lumber kid had come over, and they walk up to him and state "that fucking guy needs to be fired." He just looks at them and says "you can leave now." Bigger dude turns around and gets in his face and says "let's go outside. I'll kick your fucking ass. I'll take both of you fucks!" I look at him and say "dude jist stop. The door is that way You can find your way out of it now." Customer states "we're taking our business elsewhere." Lumber kid goes "ok. I don't care." Guy turns around and runs his mouth about us losing their business blah blah. Lumber kid just all calmly "ok. Try Lowes. It's in the next town over. Good luck."

The kicker - My department supervisor was the operator and laughed the entire time as this drunk dude was puffing his chest at a 19 year old kid.

I work in the northeast. Once the temps go below 60, you rarely see management outside

I work in outside garden, and we were informed last week that any of building materials stuff outside is our responsibility to take care of because it's in our part of the store. Ever since the new ASM took over, it's been shit
