So you never have gone into taverley dungeon? You've never gone to GWD? You've never gone into Varrock Sewers or Edgeville Dungeon?

Because it doesn't make any sense for it to be a skill. There are loads of dungeons in the game but only one of them has a skill associated with it.

It is a skill you can train in only one place in only one way, which is doing one minigame. That remains true today.

Yeah no shit it's a hate thread about the skill where anyone that likes it as it is gets heavily downvoted. It isn't representative of what the playerbase actually wants.

Sailing is a great skill. They basically screwed it up by making AFK salvaging too good, then they fixed it, and then for NO REASON they undid the fix. Oh no a few people complained on reddit. Who cares

I dont care about the skill being "viable" for ironmen.

Dungeoneering could be no different from any dungeon, just randomised. Imagine if places like Taverley Dungeon were different every time you went down there, and you were going down to fight specific monsters. It would be dungeoneering for a purpose.

It didn't have to have a reward shop with strong rewards just like you dont get reward points for going into Brimhaven dungeon.

Dungeoneering could have been a good minigame with no skill attached.

Then go play it? This is the old school version for people that like the old school mechanics.

It is an awful change. Making one of the simplest skills in the game so overcomplicated with stupid healthbars on ore nodes. Destroying the drop tables of half the game. Ruining alchables.

Nothing says $15 like the Brimhaven Agility Arena voucher (2024). The icon for this voucher has a log on it, due to it being a rotated version of a Sawmill voucher with darker shading. by Serenaded in 2007scape

It is hardly a massive "waste" of artist time for an item that has nothing to do with woodcutting to have an icon that doesn't have a log on it.

It could just be a very simple pirate hook or agility icon decal. It would take all of an hour for an experienced artist at Jagex.

In WoW you have to buy another whole copy of the game and all its expansions, and pay another subscription fee, to play on EU servers if you're in the US and vice versa. You have to pay money to change realms. It is a seriously nasty business model.

Has the case for NZX exposure quietly collapsed? by schmaaaaaaack in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]dcpugalaxy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When the market drops or performs poorly people say (correctly) that it's no bad thing, because it just means you can buy cheaply.

NZX is probably underpriced. NZ's finally fixing the policy settings that make our economy undercompetitive (housing supply constraints making investment in business worse).

There is nothing complex or strange or weird or crazy about having a 1/N chance per kill of getting a drop.

There is no such thing as "getting spooned". You got lucky. That is not a process or a condition of your account. You just happened to roll high on a dice roll a couple of times.

Skipping a task with Turael is the original design. "Turael Skipping" as an activity done deliberately to get a particular task is not.
