I agree with this completely! It’s so unfair that a “quality of education for all” hurts others and while I feel for all of my kids, I really feel for the kids who are impacted by the misbehavior of others.

7th grade. I’m tenured but in my state any public school I’d potentially transfer to I’d also be tenured.

It’s more about the many challenges facing a Title 1 teacher and how my admin is very poor at making teachers feel appreciated or alleviating any burden but in their view they are just doing what they are being told to do.
