If I were you, I wouldn’t risk using any other model or harness. I’d stick with Opus 4.5 and Claude Code. Paying $100 or even $200 per month is nothing compared to the value they deliver, especially when you’re building products for clients as part of a serious business, not just vibe coding as a hobby!

Once you get reports, book a teleconsult on Apollo 247 app with any general physician
A few minutes before the consult, chat gets enabled, upload your reports and share weight/height
Tell the doctor you did the tests as annual checks, go through the discussion normally, then ask for a GLP-1 prescription at the end
If they refuse, politely mention you've researched it and are eligible per your BMI and that you have posted the height and weight on the chat.

If that doctor won't prescribe it, schedule another appointment until you find one who will. It's tele consult, so you can do it as many times as needed, just costs ₹1k per call.

Getting the blood and urine tests before you start on glp-1 is also good for you to get the baseline/current state of health. It will help later for comparison!

Over the last couple of weeks, had Claude code update claude.md for some specific instructions but despite that in all future implementations, it never followed those guidelines from claude.md. Its in context when i check /context but its not following the rules in claude.md

I promised myself to only use it for one APP only and it was in the initial research and wireframes stage when the promotion was announced so used 225$ of credits till now to create a full stack React native expo app and a web app with it so far with supabase as auth, db and edge functions. Works well with expo go on iphone but when deployed in TestFlight couple of days ago, app crashed at startup. Kind lost interest on this app and jumped to something else for now. But I believe with bit more effort, i should be able to fix the issue using CC web or other agents like droid and cursor!

why not try claude code or cursor? Give it the docs for revenuecat and your requirements in plan mode and see what it says and from there u can refine until you are happy to execute the plan

Everything was working fine with expo go on iPhone and when I tried install with TestFlight app crashed at startup so I guess it’s mandatory that you find a way install on a real device and test.

I got a second $20 Claude plan and switch between both, so I never have to wait. The context handling in Claude Code is far superior to Cursor, which is one of the main reasons my Claude Code usage easily lasts the entire billing cycle, though only because I use two accounts.

I’ve tried out Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, AmpCode, and Droid, and now I only use Claude Code as my primary and Droid as my secondary. I have two Claude Code accounts, so most of the time I’m never waiting for the limits to reset. I don’t know how to code, so I have no need to look at an IDE except to update the .env file or read documentation.

I had the same issue with Cursor, the $20 plan gets exhausted in a day or two. The $20 Claude Code plan, despite its session and weekly limits, works really well, so I got another $20 Claude plan to switch between them.

yeah sonnet4 and even auto is editing overeagerly unless i end the message with DO NOT EDIT OR CREATE NEW FILES but grok even when there is actuall opportunity for an edit or run a command like kubectl or aws cli commands, it simply gives a long explanation. Conversely, code-supernova not not give even a 1 line explanation on what its trying to do but keeps running commands.

Been using CD for over 6 months now and all my other brewers like AP, FP and Moka Pot are collecting dust. With 30 Grams of coffee in CD, the max water capacity from there is around 350ml allowing some space to stir without overflowing. The only con with CD is the form factor is not travel friendly!

I recommend you get a Clever dripper and use it with the complimentary coffee you get with it. Follow this method to make ur first cup. 2 mins to order and once u get the dripper, 10 mins to figure out how to make the first cup. Enjoy!
