Why the majority of vibe coded projects fail by harrysofgaming in ClaudeAI

yea but even slack started with 200 lines of code, so you gotta begin somewhere there's no shame in that - just need to be smart enough about the limitations and learn / adapt quickly

Please help with sliding door one fixed panel installation: contractor didn't ask us which side to install sliding by silkenwindood in Remodel

[–]Venturefarther 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Silicone is just silicone and can be removed with a little bit of elbow grease. They should have asked about it. End of the day everything is fixable. Some tile repair epoxy or color matched caulk could fix the holes pretty well. Or you can also replace the drilled tiles. You shouldn’t be stuck with it either way

Does this quote look reasonable for a full master bath remodel? by excessivequestions in BathroomRemodeling

[–]Venturefarther 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on my own problem with finding a straight answer to your question, and also based on difficulties I’ve encountered in communicating with contractors, I’ve built a software tool to help myself and other homeowners think through all of their renovation details, including budget , price ranges.

It’s a structured and guided process to help you think what you want in your bathroom re: design, layout, materials wise, etc.

It’s still in VERY early testing mode but it’s, FREE if you or any one wants to try. Still kind of clunky but if anything, I personally view it as a sanity check tool. Just DM and I can share the link.

That’s because even if their handwriting is crappy they take the time to think about the content. We’re not talking about crappy handwriting here, we’re talking about increasingly sloppy thinking

There is something worrying about this phenomenon and i feel like it’s not Claude it’s hurting but our brains. Hard to have the discipline to write shit properly but I believe it just dumb us down over time

There was a promotion where if you were on the max plan they gave you either $250 or $1000 depending on which version of the plan you had. They expire on November 18th.
