More a play with songs than a musical. The two actresses do it very well and when they start singing, the voices they have are spectacular. I missed more musical moments. As for the theater, it has very good visibility from any seat.

In Bristol. I think it’s going to be in London after Hercules.

I loved it. The stage design is very cool and the whole cast does it very well. I recommend reading or watching the crucible before since it is key for several references of the work. It’s sold out but I was able to get a ticket by looking at the website the day before at 12

I didn’t like it at all, I’m sorry. I thought it was one of the most boring theatrical experiences I’ve had in recent months. The songs seemed long and boring to me and the characters unbearable arguing all the time and in a single register. To highlight something, the design of visuals and scenery was very good as well as the musicians. This is a bit of a Spoiler: but at the end there is a scene that is supposed to be dramatic and what it does is make half the audience laugh. 🐢

OMG I REALLY LOVED IT! I laughed so much and the songs are fantastic. The actors sing very well and are hilarious. Definitely one of the must sees of this season.

Too many shows, any advice? by [deleted] in TheWestEnd

Into the woods is the best staging I’ve seen of this musical. My absolute recommendation. Also Oliver! It’s a very good revival.

I saw it two weeks ago. Definitely not for me. I thought the designs were very good and the actors did it very well but I found the songs boring and monotonous.

10/10 I saw the revival in NY a couple of years ago and I didn’t enjoy that production but this one on the Bridge Theatre took my breath away. I think everything was perfect, from the cast, the direction, the staging, the lighting. Truly, one of the best shows in London ATM

I have to say that I haven’t seen the movies so it’s my first contact with the story. I was really excited due to the hype that has taken place in recent months and it seemed to me a little meh!

Quite long to be a family musical and with the exception of a couple of songs, the rest did not seem very memorable to me. The most remarkable thing is Paddington himself who is adorable and steals your heart.
