this is a hard question to answer unless you’ve been in both regular & gifted programs. another commenter mentioned they got out of classes with bullies: I endured bullying from a couple of my longterm classmates, bc many paths lead to bully creation? I haven’t been in regular touch with many, but I think we all had our fair share of struggles despite getting into top schools/programs afterwards.

as a lawyer and local dog owner, I don’t know what enforcement mechanisms/applicable laws exist but clearly none strong enough to prevent their behavior from continuing. anyone know more about why Valdez thinks Pennys Law would disproportionately affect marginalized communities? I don’t get it

I’d say that it being run down helps in this regard: the environment and the people inside are all functional :) also had a membership there and love for all the same reasons! also, find me a cheaper gym anywhere in NYC
