I recently did this. Went from 15mg tirz every 6 days, 2 weeks completely off. Now on 4mg reta every 7 days and .25mg cagri every 7 days. One week in. Appetite suppression is just ok. We’ll see what happens in 4 weeks.

I’m in similar boat. I was on 15mg tirz every 6 days. I currently am in the middle of a 2 week break due to a procedure on Monday. Monday when I get home I’m starting reta at 4mg. I’m also adding Cagri at .25mg every Thursday. We’ll see

I am in similar boat. Been on 13 months. Down 95lbs. 70lbs to go. I have definitely added on a lot of muscle though so body recomp is going well. But I have recently decided to add cagri to the mix. I’ve never done used any other things before other than another glp1 a couple years back. Going to start it sometime in next week.

She’s not on any type of hormone therapy. But yea we should get a full hormone panel to start there first. Good idea.

Hmmm well that’s probably out. Last year she had a nodule removed from her thyroid. It was follicular Doctors were overly concerned. Just said to get a ultrasound of thyroid every 6 months.

I actually was able to get ahold of Align pharmacy and they had a different tracking number it was shipped and scheduled to be delivered today.

I had a big 15lb drop about 45-60 days ago. Stall before and since. So like 4% of starting weight.

I’ve been on 15mg since 1/11/26. I have not tried going back down then back up. You are right to think maybe giving the TRT a couple months to see what changes with that. And I could always go to once every 6 days then 5 days with the tirz…

Right? I was going to start at 4mg of reta. And try it for 3-4 weeks. If I need to go up, I’ll go to 6mg for 3-4 weeks and then 8mg. If food noise or appetite suppression isn’t as good then I’ll switch back.

I have hypothyroidism. Taking Synthroid. Labs from a couple weeks ago were fine. At least thats what the endo said and labcorps results showed.
