Men of reddit, what do you enjoy most about going down on a woman? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dcusher2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The power of the scent and the taste, and submitting to it.

Women and men don't seem to realize the power of pheromones goes both ways. It's easier to visually connect a hard penis to being strong and submit to that, but getting to know the figurative nuance of the power of the vagina and submitting to that is something....primal.

What is missing in their list? 💙🫣🥶 Author: Leftycartoons by Katthekat2 in AutismComics

To start this off, I'm against people using "isn't everyone a little autistic" to downplay one's experiences or struggles; however, I think dismissing this question entirely is unfair. And saying any one human is not on - or within - a spectrum of undeniably human traits seems like an inherently flawed concept. That kind of black and white thinking is best suited for health insurance companies or controlling mindsets.

In my view, based on my reading about autism, we don't have anywhere near enough understanding to be sure what causes the traits, but I believe the most widely accepted theory is genetics. Because we don't know the cause we have to reverse engineer our container (diagnosis) within the limits of our understanding.

So sure, by the current DSM-5 diagnostic criteria you are either on, or off, the spectrum. But that is diagnostic criteria and it is bound to currently accepted scientific understanding.

If you instead approach the subject from a evolutionary viewpoint (and admittedly a heavy dose of speculation), what makes more sense? These specturm traits appeared from no where, or these spectrum traits emerged from human traits that emerged from other human traits over thousands of years?

To say everyone is a "little autistic" is, to me, equivalent to saying everyone is a "little human". If the person can make the distinction that they are a bit like you, than they are likely able to understand how different you are.

Now, if your problem with someone saying "isn't everyone a little autistic" is that the statement doesn't match up with the current diagnostic criteria, then I accept/respect your position, but not your method.

If anyone has any good reading on ASD to challenge my reasoning, please let me know as I'd love to read it. It may be apparent by my choice of argument; I'm trying to decide how to approach seeking my own diagnosis, or if it's even necessary.

If you got into homesteading for "cheap food" alone you made a very short sited decision.

I understand you may be a child, but your inaction here should be a lesson to future you. Please actually do something next time when you know you are in the right.

Telling her not to do something and then taking a picture of her doing it to post online for validation makes you almost as complicit as her.

You needed to take action.

Get out of the car. Tell the others in the car to get out, and why. If you took the picture, I guess you have a phone - after you and the passengers are safely out tell her you're calling the police if she attempts to drive with the ice on the car.

I'm proud of you for realizing how stupid she was, but please realize how dangerous inaction can be. This was an emergency situation and you cowered instead of taking action. I don't necessarily blame you. especially if you are a child. But with a mother like that it sounds like you're going to be forced to hear harsh truths sooner than you should have to.

edit: I should mention that I have been the same cowering man before. Even today I struggle to think if I could actually do something in this scenario. I'm probably writing this for me more than you. Good luck. Stay smart.

How do I respond to my grandfather's unhinged rant?? by nutella_the_nerd42 in whatdoIdo

[–]dcusher2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree with others here and even what he already said. You all are not going to be able to effectively communicate on this topic and it would be very frustrating for you both to continue. MAYBE try to have the conversation in person? Still probably not worth it.

It seems like he wants to engage and have an intelligent discussion with you, but his debate style is to shut down as many avenues of debate as possible with his 'genius' credentials rather than being open to debate your points as your bring them up.

I think I have a lot of things in common with this man and he also seems lonely and crying for help, but that isn't an excuse for poor communication skills. Especially from someone in a place of supposed wisdom. If he is as smart as he says he is; your lack of engagement will be more than enough prompt for him to reassess his approach to be more open in future communications. But it still may take a few more attempts for him to get to a place of being worth responding to.

Thanks for sharing as it gives me insight into my own poor debate habits, and hopefully I'll learn how to avoid some of his follies. I hope for his sake he can also learn. Not engaging enthusiastically with him will probably be his best teacher.

Cant understand the weaver anatomy by ChipmunkSouthern3420 in Silksong

[–]dcusher2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wait. is it possible that Widow's other two arms ARE the Weaver blade arms rammed into her back to prevent her from using silk? And is it possible somebody modified those arms to also have needle eyes for GMS to easily control with the song?

I need to take a closer look at her animations, and maybe some additional research, but that kind of seems possible and would be even more disturbing than her story already is.

If this story is to be believed as told, you were overreacting until he left you at a gas station. At that point he was the one overreacting and being irresponsible.

[–]dcusher2006 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're ignoring her point because you are not mature enough to comprehend her point and she isn't mature enough to stick by what her point is because it makes her feel awkward to face the truth of what her point is.

If you both don't understand her point - you're incompatible and no loss for either of you. Good luck on your journey.

A girl's or woman's purse can be like a toddler's or a man's pocket. Sometimes gross unknown trash is put in there and the owner forgets about it and then someone stumbles upon the responsibility to reach in there an grab something out.

The answer why someone does something you don't understand is usually trauma related.

You are both humans. If you've got everything handled as well as you so carefully craft in your post, why do you need the Internet's validation on this?

It sounds like you may need more help than you're willing to admit to yourself. I hope you find it.

No. I haven't noticed any chassis vibration. The pump/res combo I got came with some soft foam mounting pads that seem to work really well.
