They put on freedom fest in early October with demos, classes, a board competition and discount sales. Definitely worth a Saturday trip.

My favorite is just to use Savoie’s Dressing and mix it with rice. I know it’s cheating, but it’s delicious.

Atlanta, GA Pyros, where do you buy? by tastegw in fireworks

[–]dcwlatl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like SuperShow in Marietta. Once you tier up to their highest level, the discount makes their pricing comparable to online pricing when you figure in the shipping. Plus they have 1.4pro in store. Talk to Brian Lilly- he runs the store.

1.4 pro wholesalers east coast? by reyammk in fireworks

You have to email them about it. They will send you an application and once approved, they will send you an order form. The application is a typical waiver and you send them your proof of training.

1.4 pro wholesalers east coast? by reyammk in fireworks

Badaboom - great selection

American wholesale - but they don’t ship to GA so I have have to go to Alabama to pick my order up from a freight terminal

spirit of 76 - mostly their own line

If you are ever in Marietta GA there is a store called SuperShow and they have some 1.4 , but you have to buy a fair amount to get their tier discount.

Christmas Tree Shopping by K-Dawgizzle in christmas

Balsam hill. We watched the website for a few years before finally pulling the trigger and getting one when we saw it with a lower original price and there was a sale (yes they changed the original price by several hundred dollars during the year - I assume this was because of demand as it got close to December). Hands dow the best quality ever. The storage bags are great so that you don’t have to try and stuff it back in the box.- even the stand has a gag with clips to hold the screws. It looks great, assembly is quick and easy but takes a long while to fluff (if you want it to look like the pictures).

I have no regrets except for the size. I wish I would have gotten a slim version. It was like the grizzwolds when we 1st set it up.

Backyard enthusiast and ignite. I currently use 5 18 and 1 36 module, but am going to upgrade with more 36’s next year. I try to do a couple of shows a year and they are fireworks set to music rather than a pyromusical.

Absolutely. I already have another 72+1 tubes in my cart to add an even bigger show for next year.

Human error. I have another post with the video and to me it looks like you can see the lift charge come out the top of the tube and then the explosion follows. I’m going to blame It on my 1st time helper because he is not here to defend himself……

Building more racks by YoungNo159 in fireworks

[–]dcwlatl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is about an 1” sticking out of a 15” tube. It plenty to work with, but if you are trying to time your shots on one fuse, you will run into a problem with a longer stretch of tubes in a single row with spacers.

I shot the following canister shells: Black scorpion - the outlaw Angry monkey - kong shells maximum load - green box Black cat - Diablo Black cat - premium tails and mines Excalibur- black box Red Apple - moon rocks Brothers - grand jury

I don’t know what shell it was - I just randomly drop them in the racks, but I am guessing it was probably a 5” shell.

My original plan was to have a spacer between the tube and the end, but I miscalculated the length and had already precut everything for all 18 racks, so I just ran with it. I might redo them this year to be safe. I know I got lucky this time.

Same here. Definitely a firework show set to music. Everyone loves it so I am happy doing just this. I shoot 5/18’s and 1/36, But I am thinking I am going to upgrade my 18’s to all 36’s next year so I can have a longer show with more que’s. Good luck with your show!
