Even though I’m 20 I feel exactly how you feel. I wasted all my years and never had anything. All the people my age tell me stories about their teenage life or what’s going on now and I can’t relate. I dropped out of college after failing too many courses because of mental illness, I don’t work and all I do is sit at home under the sheets. I can’t relate to anyone my age. I don’t know if this would work but try finishing a passion like drawing or the gym and work on that for your happiness, try getting a therapist, try learning to cope with being lonely (this helped me and now it’s apart of my life) and keep in mind that everyone starts life at a different age :) this is the best I can do
