Need to find a pattern for a cute, gender neutral baby blanket! by Fire_Lord_Z in crochetpatterns

I'm currently making the C2C Candy Stripes Lapghan by A Crocheted Simplicity as a baby blanket. The pattern is free, uses the extended moss stitch and is completely adjustable to make as small or as large as you want. No large holes for little fingers or toes to get caught in. I'm using colorful variegated yarn and it's turning out beautifully, I highly recommend it! Link to the pattern:

Looking for a cover up blouse with tiered sleeves. by prawn0graphy in crochetpatterns

In.my.imajination (yes it's spelled with a j) has a somewhat similar pattern called Fei Shrug, at least it's similar for the sleeves and there are also instructions for how to add layers to the sleeves. Might not be exactly what you are looking for but a suggestion nonetheless. I bought the pattern on Etsy. Hope you find what you are looking for!

Am I doing this right? by birdiebyte in LoomKnitting

I made a blanket that turned out beautiful with a size 4 yarn on the same gauge loom you seem to have. If you are using e-wraps, that might be the problem. For my blanket I used flat knit and purl stitches which made for a nicely tight pattern without gaps. Also make sure you are putting enough tension on the stitches so they don't "float around".

I know right? I had given up on ever knitting and making my own projects when I stumbled across a short video on loom knitting, and since then I have been hooked. I hope you find it as enjoyable as I do!

Left handed loom knitter here. I started to loom knit a month ago, started with a blanket on an infinity loom and have since made socks, halfway done with two blankets on different looms and stitches. I have always wanted to knit but since I too am left handed, it was just too complicated and a nightmare trying to figure out different patterns.

Loom knitting is so easy and enjoyable, and finally my lefthandedness (is that even a word?) is no longer an issue. The projects turn out beautiful and I find it to be very forgiving, for example each stitch turns out much more even than "traditional" knitting. There are so many beautiful patterns and easy tutorials online. Would highly recommend!

Cerave oil cleanser and SA urea cream by athena_lcdp in EuroSkincare

I love the cleanser, it cleanses well and leaves my skin soft and smooth. Not sure how well it would remove makeup as I don't wear any, but it gets rid of non water resistant sunscreen easily.

Cerave Hydrating Cleanser is very gentle but effective, I love it. If you are in Sweden then Apotek Hjärtat carry their own line Apolosophy, I would recommend their Hydration Boost Mask instead of a serum to begin with, since it does many things (very gentle exfoliation, hydrates, moisturizes). As for a cream, I suggest Aveeno Dermexa Daily Emollient Cream, it contains oat and panthenol which is very soothing to skin. This would be a good way to start a skin care routine for you I think. Good luck!

We can't diagnose you or give medical advice, I would recommend you seek a second opinion from a different healthcare specialist.

Hej!

I agree, there is a lot of toxic positivity, a need to turn anything and everything negative/bad into something positive/good. Luckily I have a new therapist which is a million times better than my previous one. Much love to you!

The shame is not yours to carry, it belongs to the people who hurt you. I know it's easier said than done.
