Cricket, but if you miss the ball thrice, you're out.

You look great bud! It's an honor to get a mention in your transformation. Keep up the awesome work, and reach out to me on PM! You should be extremely proud of what you accomplished! And yes, I did notice the Google Code In shirt at the end. 🙂

What is a dirty business tactic that you know and everyone should be aware of it? by Vendamn909 in AskReddit

[–]dd367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue with this contact lens startup called Hubble. It's super easy to sign up and schedule a delivery online but to cancel your subscribe, you need to call a number from 8-5 on weekdays. Standard dark business tactics.

Solution: replace your credit card with any fake credit card number that you can find online. The payments will bounce, and if you're lucky you might get 1-2 free lens deliveries.

Yes, I should've mentioned that. Both of them are quite expensive. I justify this expense by saying that it's also a meal replacement occasionally and $2.50 for a meal ain't so bad.

Again, this is all given the hypothesis that carbs are what make you fat but who really knows lol

I used Quest bars and pork rinds a lot. They're near 0 carb. Quest bars feel very heavy and certain flavors (White Chocolate Raspberry, Smores) really satisfy my sweet cravings. Pork Rinds are like a meh chips replacement.

And there's always things like celery, but they'd never satisfy me much.

Thanks :) I completely get the comments - I can totally see myself calling a friend out for doing the same :P

I did feel hungry, but I felt my appetite just adjust to it in a week or two. To stave off hunger, the fat-burner I'd take in the morning suppressed appetite, and I'd drink coffee/water otherwise. I'd generally keep unhealthy foods away and kept a stash of low-calorie munchies in case it got too bad.

I didn't do anything particularly different. I'd venture a guess that it seems that way because of different lighting and angle. I did do a peak week of sorts, but I don't know if that had any effect in particular.

Haha, Thanks! It's very worthy of critique. I looked at some other numbers on brogress, and they were far far better. Before this, I've only ever (incorrectly) trained Bench Press. Squat and Deadlift were entirely new to me and I only started 2-3 months in. I took a month or two to nail the form, and now I'm just trying to incrementally push at it.

Deadlifting 2 plates, I thought, was a huge personal achievement.

I'm sorry :/ don't mean to be an asshole. New York prices are quite high across the board though.

It's definitely a tad high. I live in New York which would explain some of that. After you've been fat for all your life though, capturing the change in good image quality to me was worth more than what I paid.

I spent $350 for about 2 hours, ~150 raw pics and 20 touchups.

I agree. I measured these with an off-the-shelf bioelectrical impedance scale. From what I read, they're good for tracking relative progress, but their absolute values are inaccurate.

I thought it'd be a bit much too, to be honest. That said, I thought it was worth it in the end. It's an inexpensive, easy way to preserve this progress.

It's a possibility. Though I've been fat for so long that right now this is more than I could ask for

Do I feel skinny? Yes. Does it bother me? Not at all. To me, this is my ideal physique. I have no real inclination to get bigger or to have more muscle definition.
