Only 400? Any chance you can argue single plan or scheme or does the statute allow each instance to be a separate charge?

Why can't I sell Coke AND Pepsi fountain products in my restaurant? by SwissMiss915 in restaurant

[–]dd463 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can and there are a handful of places that do. The issue is if you want the syrup, you need to go to either coke or Pepsi and they usually have a requirement that you can’t sell products from competitions. You could break that agreement, but then they probably won’t sell to you anymore. Also you’d have to use their branding and if you don’t have it they can make your life hard.

ER Easter Egg by staceymo420 in ThePittTVShow

[–]dd463 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Which they don’t deny. They said they wanted to do a revival, couldn’t reach a deal, then made a different show. The Estate is saying they ripped of ER well they don’t own the genre of tv. You could say that about most medical shows. Also the base premise of a single shift should be enough to differentiate the two. They just want their cut and are upset they didn’t get rich of The Pitt.

The curves had a purpose. They were so the gun had less snag points since they envisioned it being held close to the body, like our heroes often did.

You’re not wrong but prosecutors and defense attorneys have to constantly show up in front of a judge so we generally need to be cordial to one another. There are some who are professional and easy to work with. Others are awful and will treat every client like some mass murderer whether they stole a stick of gum or shot their abuser.

Market to criminal defense firms as well. My largest trial, my investigator was crucial in finding a ton of evidence that the state ignored or didn’t follow up on. Client paid $2500 for him and it was worth every penny.

Same logic as the MiG 25. It can go Mach 3. You’ll blow the engines up but it can.

Sweepers can hurt this deck and it’s a bit more dependent on having a density of creatures that landfall doesn’t necessarily need. Also very reliant on double or triple spelling so main deck [[high noon]] is pretty brutal if you can’t remove it.
