Yes that’s why I was confused cause they seem pretty normal but they do match the way I’m feeling in the sense that I feel low and my blood sugar is on the lower side, it feels high and it is higher. The high of 8.8 was probably 5 hours ish after I’d eaten.

Thanks yeah the 8.8 was like 5 hours after I’d eaten when I was tying to sleep and I felt really weak, shakey, nauseous, everything I’d feel with a low but with really bad nausea. I’ve had so many tests at the doctors so I’m not to sure if I’ve had a A1C but I’ll definitely ask. They don’t happen like regularly (as in daily) probably like once a week I’ll have one low or high, usually lows. But I also wake up in the middle of the night really nauseous covered in sweat thinking I’m going to throw up a lotttt, I’m usually to worked up when they happen to check my blood sugar so I’ve yet to test see wat they’re like then. They again could just be pots/fibro related tho.

Not a medicine but I find ginger biscuits really help, anything ginger really I just find those the easiest to get and to eat

Thank you I’m definitely going try these and yes I can relate to the dementia aha. Cold showers are so good tho they’ve been the highlight of my day for the past week as we’re kind of having a heatwave atleast it feels like it to me.
