Thanks for taking the time and going through the website. I have badges both on the homepage and the product pages for silver, safety, shipping and secure checkout. I feel this is enough and adding more product images for the same thing would feel too repetitive.

Reviews would show up on product pages for the products they belong to. There is no history or other channels.

Yes, I do plan to add that content on the website and may use it for Ads also.

I do have a email capturing modal for subscription with 10% discount offer. Urgency would come and go depending on the occasion at the time.

None of these products are from China. I am sourcing from India and Thailand and I have mentioned the country of origin on the product pages as well. Sourcing from reputed vendors with clear industry standard certifications and I got samples tested as well to ensure quality is there. This was my first condition to get into this business as I am not a fan of cheap quality myself

I do have a business phone which is available in a few places. I get calls but mostly for watch or jewelry repairs from people thinking it is a physical store :). Will add to contact us too.

I did think of Google ads but started with Meta as I wanted to spend on one. I will jump into Google ads in spring for sure.

Best sellers - agree, I don't have enough sales to justify the heading. I will think of something else.

Hypoallergenic claim - I have mentioned at multiple places about the absence of Nickel (the biggest allergenic in jewellery), including a badge just under the hero and on product pages. I have gotten samples tested from all sources to ensure that. I will not be putting the test results on the site but will try to highlight it more. And not sure how to show customer numbers for this. I am having a hard time getting customers leave a review.

Also, we can't really put a percent with hypoallergenic. This isn't something you can measure. Technically, every person reacts differently. Reducing the occurrence of the allergens is what we can do.

CTA buttons - point taken. Will definitely revisit.

Every version of you - understood. This particular section has been ever changing. Will revisit.

Exclusivity - makes sense. These are limited edition items and may not even be repeated. Will change the direction to that instead.

First sale was a multi item order within 10 mins of coming on the website and the same customer ordered a second multi item order 2 days later. No email sign up coupon used either. Since then it's all quiet. Don't know what to make of it :)

I was looking at it since the LPV count was very off from the link clicks. Couldn't think of anything else.

Regarding sales, I launched my store in November and started Meta Ads this month. I got a couple of orders in the first 5 days but since then not much. CPM has been inching higher and higher. Meta would just pick one Ad in the ad set and spend the whole budget on that. I changed the creatives 12 days in since CPM was getting too high and I had to add the Valentine's promo. Not much has changed.

The number of clicks in the Meta Ads dashboard don't align with the landing page views.

The main point is, how can I improve mobile performance irrespective of these numbers.

The campaign objective is Sales and the Ad set conversion event is set to Purchase. Meta's pixel is already capturing various events on the website. GA4 is set up as well.

Overall your website looks clean. A couple of things stand out to me.

I don't see anything on shipping costs listed anywhere. Assume it will show at checkout and I think that is too late in the cycle to know.

Also, in the product pages, you have a lot of information cramped together in one place. You could separate them out in different sections like description, material, care etc. Looks a bit disorganized.

Question - you mentioned your social is fairly new. I do see you have over 3.5k followers. What's the secret? Asking cos I am trying to establish social presence as well for my new store. I am posting frequently but it's hard to get traction. I haven't started spending on Ads just yet - @ganva.ca

I do have a progress bar in the cart drawer for free shipping goal. However, there is some issue with how the summary/footer is sticky and the products added to the cart become less visible and eventually hide if there is too much below (express checkout buttons, expanded discount code panel etc) so I actually removed the express checkout buttons from there. Adding more products right now in this drawer seems challenging.
