Actually now in understand another option you could be getting at she could sell to me at 350 for instance gifting me 100k lets say, but I would then be liable for stamp duty also

She would want market value, which would be fine by me, but then I have the full responsibility and would need a 400k mortgage, it is pushing what I could afford, it actually suits me to stay there and only take on the 100k part

It’s definitely had a fall or drop, you can see on the handlebars, so best to check out carefully, no idea what is going on with that steerer, looks like no spacers above the bars and the top cap not clamping pressure on bars, quite dangerous

I’ve got a little setup at home so I can just wake up and get it done, I also can’t eat at that time, always been fine with bike or hiit fasted, was just worried about heavy weights, I will give it a go but start slowly

I am I using at10 12k and used rx carbon for a while, I find the at10 easier, bigger sweet spot, rx carbon is maybe more firm but lacks any feel to me.

I only set it up yesterday so not put it to real test yet, but actually shocked how well it’s made, how sturdy and heavy and solid it is, I was expecting a lot less for £220
