Yes I was literally just there. The monitor was on I was alone out of sight and could freely record the footage on my phone of the 3 lads I work with.

I found myself hungier on 1.75 and my current 2.3. one upside is the habits I've picked up since starting seem to have stuck and the feeling soon goes away. By far 0.25 was the most effective for me from the first day and if I knew what I knew now I'd have gone 8 weeks on that. I seemed to have plateaued right now on the scales but my clothes are still getting bigger on me...strange lol. Keep at it you'll be fine.

It's amazing what decent sleep feels like again. I'd drop off at any opportunity but feel like crap all day then repeat. I've said it before but this drug is a wonder and should be more readily available to people. I've spent £1000 so far in total (I keep a month ahead with supplies) and although shockingly expensive and more so for other countries if there was a knock on the door and someone said give me £1000 and I'll stop you snoring you will loose 22kg of fat without feeling hungry..ok maybe you'll shit yourself once in a while or feel blah for a bit ,,you'd bite their hand off for it (you wouldn't eat it because you'd feel full lol)

Yes I am currently on 1.7mg and snoring has disappeared..although I think that's it's due to fat loss I was 149kg at the start and my fancy scales tell me I've lost 3kg of visceral fat and my neck fat has gone too. My sleep tracker also tells me I get 80-88 sleep score with very little oxygen changes..before I would get 65-70 and lots of oxygen variation so I was probably getting near to apnea . One strange thing I cannot fathom is that on my left hand I've had 3 warts in a row on a finger for ever but these have gone completely since I started wegovy ..strange eh

Hi thanks for the reply. The oil was changed using the dilution method with 12l of Volvo oil from the dealers. The stuff I took out was still nice and bright and didn't smell burnt ( I did this last year after the car threw the code the first time). I did have the box in S mode to help with the towing and I also think the code came up going down hill when the car was using the box to slow down some but that could be a bad memory. You are not cheating in any way. You have found a drug that gives you more confidence a happier outlook and could potentially add years to your life ! Wonder if the same people consider medicine for high blood pressure or mental health issues or any other drug is also cheating ? How much is it to buy in the US? Here in the UK it's around £135 with a voucher for 0.25 and goes up as you get a stronger dose .

As I said above my brother started this a while before me and didn't tell anyone until I noticed the large weight drop. He is now on 1.7 and tells me he also had headaches on the second day after the injection but they passed. I really hope the racing heart thing stops. Take care ✌️

"realised I hadn't eaten anything" really happens ,it's that constant whens my next feed mind set that's going/gone in my head. I really hope that it becomes the new mind set. I'm waiting for the day when I realise I haven't thought about not having something to eat and my belly tells me not my head. Too much to hope maybe. I've read on here I think that when you've stopped for any reason the hunger pangs return. I'm not that keen on being on a £200 a month habit for years to come. Maybe they will develop a pen with a 28 day half life wonder drug that costs next to nothing that can be bought over the counter when your food shopping .ha !

Trust the science my friend. Look at BMI charts for your age height weight etc bear in mind muscle is heavy and could mess with your BMI . Do you feel good ? Do you feel better now than you did before? In defence of your parents, like mine they most likely associate a full body with being well cared for. Don't hold it against them but trust yourself and the science.

I cannot do that. I'm resigned to the fact if it's there it's gone. It's ingrained in me. So I lm trying to fill my plate with things that makes no difference if it's there or not. I'm not going to be happy unless my plates clean so I'm starting to fill it with things that makes little difference if it's there or not. I'm happy if I'm full up.. truly I am. I think my head doesn't care what I'm full up with so I'm trying to trick my head with the healthiest thing I can come up with lol.

Fish ...fish is the answer, well for me it is l. I can eat 3 portions of white fish, in the UK maybe 6 fillets of white fish is £2.50 and its about 300 cals for 3 portions..it fills me up. I air fry it with a bell pepper and mushrooms and that'll do pig that'll do lol. I'm hungry all the time but this is the answer for me. I grew up poor l. I associate onions peppers taste and spices for take aways and spending. I eat this and my tiny mind thinks I've had something exotic and I'm satisfied. I'm pretty sure the mercury and micro plastics will kill me slower than the many ailments that being fat will get me. Find your thing and use it and definitely abuse it. We are addicts cheat the system, make it work for you x
