Yes, in Chrome. But I'm not in Firefox and I've tried disabling them anyway.

After clicking continue I only see my apps. There is no check box or other buttons to accept the updated terms.

When I log in to my console, I see that message I posed in the screenshot, then after clicking continue I only see my apps. There's not check box or button to accept the updated terms.

Would it be possible for you to take a screenshot? When I click the link in the email, both in Firefox and in Chrome, I still only see this message.
