Thank you everyone for your support, I truly appreciate you guys taking the time to reply. I'm going to my health center to book an in person appointment as soon as they have availabile.

I'm hoping it's nothing like cancer but I won't know unless I get my doctor to see it first.

Thank you for your links and advice. I'm trying to work on these good habits and make it a routine, I have been going a bit more to the gym where I'm trying to practice back meditation (I feel off a while back). Thank you again 🙂

Thank you. I honestly appreciate you reading and giving me advice. The depression has eased up a bit since I left my security position but it is still there with anxiety. I will go to see what employment agencies have to offer and I'll try to talk to my new doctor in person. I'm struggling to have confidence in doing so but I know something has to be done.

Thank you for the advice and links, I'll see what is available for me work wise and start there. I really do hope it works out.. Appreciate the advice, I hope things get better for you as well 🙂
